Aftercare
Treat it well, it ages beautifully
Fine lines are delicate while they heal. Follow these and your tattoo will settle in clean and last.
First few hours
Leave the wrap on as long as I tell you. When you take it off, gently wash with lukewarm water and fragrance-free soap, then pat dry with a clean paper towel — no rubbing.
Days 1–3
Wash 2–3× a day and apply a thin layer of fragrance-free aftercare balm. A little redness or tenderness is normal. Don't soak it, scrub it, or pick at it.
Days 4–14
It may flake or peel like a light sunburn — let it do its thing. Keep moisturizing lightly. No pools, baths, saunas, or direct sun.
Weeks 2–4
The surface heals but the deeper layers are still settling. Keep it out of the sun, and once it's healed, always use SPF — it keeps fine lines crisp for years.
What's normal — and when to reach out
Mild redness, light swelling, and peeling are all part of healing. If you notice spreading redness, heat, pus, or anything that worries you, message me and see a doctor if needed — better safe than sorry. Booked clients get day-by-day check-ins and can message me anytime from their portal.
